For the renovation project at the AMC 24 Theater in Hampton, we performed all interior demolition, equipment removal and exterior glass removal for the project. We handled all carpet, ceiling, seat, knee walls, concession stands, bathroom removal, as well as performing concrete cutting for new framing and plumbing. All scopes were performed in house with CM Munden employees. Due to the need to bring the project in on time and keep work flowing, we took advantage of the ability to work nights and weekends as well as our normal hours to make this happen. All 24 theaters, as well as equipment and concession areas were gutted in under thirty days and ahead of schedule all while working with other trades.
