This project, under the LEED program, was an approximately 30,000 square foot cinder block office building, with a two story garage area. Along with the demolition of all building material and site concrete, we were responsible for the removal of asbestos floor mastic in the office tiles. This project came in two and a half weeks ahead of schedule, and at the original budgeted price.
