Arts Apartments Demo

Making way for new apartments, an old warehouse in Downtown Norfolk across from the Harrison Opera House had to be removed.  The concrete structure was dismantled using a processor and material was loaded out with a traditional bucket and thumb.  Since the building shared a wall with an occupied clinic, our crews ensured proper shoring and containment measures were in place.  The project was finished ahead of schedule and on budget.
