For the new clubhouse for the homeowners’ association of Ashville Park, approximately 4 acres of clearing and grubbing, as well as demolition on 6,600 square yards of roadway and associated curb and gutter. After the site was properly raked and cleaned, it was turned over to the site contractor for infrastructure the work.
