Pembroke 3 Demo

To make room for a new hotel to serve the Town Center area of Virginia Beach, the existing three-story building serving as City office space was abated of exterior ACM, interior floor tile and demolished. The interior of the building was gutted in its entirety to make all effort to divert as much waste from landfills.  Project was completed ahead of schedule without any change orders.
